Since 2013, Die Happy has been redefining the gentleman’s club—breaking conventions, rewriting the rules, and crafting spaces where intimacy thrives and expression is celebrated. From underground beginnings to TRANSFORMING New York City’s most iconic venues, we’ve proven that the pursuit of pleasure can be a (r)evolutionary act.

Die Happy ARE the cURATORS of Rosewood TheatRE, A HOME FOR THE EROTIC ARTS IN NEW YORK CITY. We BELIEVE IN living FREE and being yourself…or whoever you want to be, even if just for TONIGHT.

Our history.

From private loft parties to a global movement.

Once upon a time, a young marketing executive grew tired of the transactional emptiness that defined most strip clubs. The hustle was predictable, the energy uninspired, and the spark of human connection felt lost. So, one night in 2012, he invited a small group of friends and “girl-next-door” type of women to his New York City loft for something different—an intimate, underground lap dance party. No stage. No rules. Just a shared hunger for something real.

What began as a secret quickly became a legend.

These private gatherings evolved into a series of invitation-only events across New York’s most exclusive nightclubs, hotels, and lounges. From this mythic movement, Die Happy was born—a boutique hospitality brand and lifestyle philosophy for those who dared to live free.

In 2018, Die Happy opened Rosewood Theatre, re-imagining the gentleman’s club for a new generation. Hidden in Hudson Yards, behind velvet curtains and candlelit corners, Rosewood became more than a venue—it became a sanctuary. A licensed cabaret and social club where sensuality, connection, and expression meet. With its signature speakeasy charm and heart-led culture, Rosewood ushered in the next chapter of nightlife: a conscious cabaret, a sanctuary for real humans.

In 2024, we published the first issue of I AM MEDICINE, a print magazine born from our desire to share our stories. Stories that honor erotic wisdom, empower women, awaken men, and help humanity remember its sensual nature. Part field guide, part provocation—I AM MEDICINE marked our expansion into education and collective healing through the erotic.

Today, Die Happy has evolved beyond entertainment—it’s a movement. We’ve become a home for world class artists, lovers, healers and seekers who believe that pleasure can be revolutionary.

We invite you to join our evolution and artistic revolution at Rosewood Theatre.

We’ve been often imitated but never duplicated. What sets us apart is the soul and intention behind all that we create. Commerce is not our motivation. We are driven by a greater vision for culture.

Our Ethos

Integrity
We believe in doing right by people—especially the women who make our world what it is. When women feel safe, seen, and empowered, something electric happens. The whole room changes. We honor that energy.

Innovation
Spectacular experiences don’t happen by staying comfortable. We dive into the unknown, take risks, and follow curiosity wherever it leads. When the world goes right, we go left. We exist to push boundaries—culturally, sensually, and spiritually.

Curation
Great nights begin with great people. We are obsessive about who we invite into our space. From our professional hospitality team and stunning, models to world-class artists and aligned partners—everything is intentional, everything is felt.

Detail
The magic is in the moments. The lighting, the scent, the timing of a touch or a glance—it all matters. We go above and beyond, even when no one’s watching. Because every detail is a spell, cast for that unforgettable, “Damn… that was the best night of my life” moment.

Giving Back
We believe in beauty with purpose. Our success allows us to uplift the women we work with—supporting their creative, personal, and entrepreneurial pursuits. We also give to local and global causes that empower women and protect the sacred feminine.
