I met with Lana last night for her birthday. She's one of the "it" girls behind this weekly private party I've never heard of. I told her that when she walks it’s sexy because she doesn’t even realize the effect that she has on the world. That’s what I wanted to photograph - I wanted her movement embodied in a still image or die trying. She wrote me an hour ago to say that the experience changed her life and that it had got her thinking about things that she’s never thought about before. She wants to meet again at Die Happy for drinks.
